☢ HOW TO PLAY

• 🌍 You lead a nation with 5 cities. 5 AI despots oppose you.
• 💣 Each turn pick one action. (Actions are queued, then resolved together.)
• 📣 Propaganda — steal 1–10M population from a rival (70% success). Failures may backfire!
• 🔧 Build — manufacture Missile, Bomber, ABM shield, or MIRV.
      Build limit per turn = number of surviving cities (1–5 max).
• 🚀 Launch Missile / Bomber — fire at a chosen target nation.
• 💥 Launch MIRV — fires one warhead at every surviving enemy simultaneously.
• 🛡️ ABM — intercepts missiles (50%) and bombers (35%).
• 🤝 Diplomacy — spend a turn to lower a target's hostility toward you.
• 🃏 Secret Weapon — each leader holds one special card; use it wisely!
• ☢ Chain Reaction — when a nation is eliminated, ALL its remaining weapons
      auto-launch at their most-hated enemies. Cascades possible!
• 🏙 Cities — each nation has 5 cities. ⛺🛖🏘🏛🏙🌐 icons show their size.
      All 5 destroyed = nation eliminated. Losing cities reduces build capacity!
• 🌱 Population grows 2% per turn (capped at 130% of starting pop).
• 🏰 Underground Bunker (secret weapon) absorbs one incoming attack.
• 😠 Consecutive build turns raise AI hostility (Stockpile Penalty)!
• ⚡ Use the WARP button to skip animations. Fast-mode activates automatically when you're eliminated.
• 🏆 Last nation alive wins. Or everyone dies — nobody wins!
• 🎲 Random events shake things up every few turns.
      New events: Forcible Ejection, Cattletech, Flying Saucers, 16-Ton Weight, Space Cadets.
• 🧠 Each leader has a unique AI personality: Warmonger, Chaotic, Standard, Liar, or Pacifist!
